Sažetak
This book gives a very detailed and systematic account of liability for delay in carriage of goods.
After an introductory the author analyzes the concept of liability for delay and explains the main points such as limitation of liability, compensation etc.
In the subsequent chapters explanations are given for each particular type of carriage, according to Yugoslav positive law and international conventions in force, as well as conventions not yet in force.
In the final part the author compares liability for delay in different types of carriage and stresses the need and feasibility of their reconciliation with each other.
The book is written clearly and concisely and is a very useful source of information for further consideration. We would strongly recommend it to all who have an academic or practical interest in this important subject.
