Sažetak
Aim: Present how contemporary 3D technologies are used to access to 3D virtual treatment planning and evaluation of the patient protocol before, during and after procedures. Case report: Patient with skeletal Class III, negative overjet, crowding and concave profile has been orthodontically prepared for an orthognatic surgery procedure on the upper and lower jaw (LeFort I and BSSO). The diagnostic treatment made by 3D virtual planning includes scanning model casts, CBCT scans, 3D photographies and 3D software. Surgical guides were made with a 3D printer. Conclusion: The use of contemporary technologies for 3D virtual planning of treatment outcome and patient evaluation made the procedure easier and faster with high precision while making surgical guides.
