Influence of homogeneity quality of the team and age of water polo players on success of the team

Sažetak
The basic objective of this research was to establish the influence of team homogeneity and its quality, as well as of the age of players on success in competitions. The method of multidimensional graduating has been used for analysis of homogenity, and the evaluation of the quality of players was determined according to the MINI RTT algorithm. Two pairs of important canonical dimensions have been determined by canonical correlation analysis, and the results of the regression analysis show that the homogeneity and quality of players as well as the age of players influence the success of the team.
