Endurance fitness and persistance fitness. Genetic control and tranining possibilities

Abstract
The results indicate that endurance fitness is more susceptible to training than persistence. The latter is the more difficult to train, as more numerous muscles groups are concerned and the motor actions involved are more dynamic.
