Communication, modern society, virtual reality, virtual society, electronic and technological culture, informatics, information science and information technology, Internet, virtual communication, virtual organizational systems, etc., they represent new technological, scientific, cultural and social complex, which revolutionary changes modern history of human society. Paradigm of information technologies influences modern information and post-information society, where production of knowledge, as basic carrier of society and post-information society development, is a dominant factor. Among variables of virtual world, Internet and technologies, four feedback circles exist. Their impact dominates behavior dynamics. Only one of them has so called negative dynamic sign, which means that leads the system toward stabilization of cumulative dynamics behavior of the rest three feedback circles. Among their variables (general quality of life, condition of negative tendencies in the society, virtuality and condition of technological development) exists a great number of casual connections.
