Sažetak
The paper describes and explains in details the procedures of carrying out the act passed by the Government of the Republic of Croatia on the border of maritime estate on land, as it is regulated by the "Book of Rules about Registration and Marking of Maritime Estate Belt". The present procedure preceding the process of passing the act on maritime estate border has also been described briefly, and the suggestion supported to adopt the contour line +0.38 m as the boundary between land and sea while making surveys for the purpose of land register.
