The new acts of administration: instrument and misguidance of the quality of law

Abstract
By clearly demarcating administrative decisions and documentation of an administrative nature,
the administrative judge establishes clear principles with the aim of improving the quality of legal
regulations. Doctrine must strive for the clearest possible demarcation of the mentioned terms, while
changing the party’s thinking and legal positions.
