Abstract
The topic of the quality of court decisions is very broad and can be viewed from different aspects,
that is, given the different types of disputes. Therefore, special attention will be paid to public law
disputes (administrative and constitutional), which aim to improve the quality of court decisions,
primarily their content. Similarly, it is important to pay special attention to the explanation of court
decisions in order to understand the content of the judgment in order to protect the rights of the
parties as efficiently as possible. In this article reference will mostly be made to the procedural rules,
as well as to the scope of judicial supervision and its effectiveness. At the same time, it is necessary
to emphasize the very interesting development of judicial supervision.
