Abstract

The paper’s objective was to investigate the impact of the Smart Organic Food Initiative project on the raising of community awareness concerning a problem of climate change in a context of agriculture and sustainable development. In the paper, the primary and secondary methods were applied , involving a data collection through a survey, processing, analysis, and data presentation in a project-activity time sequence . The realized project activities , which were designed with an aim of educating the farmers and the population, encouraging active participation in solving the environmental problems, and applying the concrete measures to mitigate a climate-change impact through the application of smart organic agriculture, speak in favor of a successfully raised awareness about a climate change in the context of smart organic agriculture.
