Ph. D. Ante Vukasović, Scientifi c Researcher and Pedagogical Writer – a Contribution to Biography, Marking his 80th Birthday and 60th Anniversary of his Pedagogical Work

Sažetak
Many domestic and foreign authors (of different profiles and points of interest) published at least 559 papers on pedagogue and university professor Ph. D. Ante Vukasović. These papers cover the scale from biographic and bibliographic monographs to short reviews of Vukasović’s works. The paper shows 80 years of life and 60 years of work of professor Vukasović presented through three separated chronological and professional periods (1929 – 1960 – 1993 – 2009). Partially they coincide with the chronology of the historical and political changes that happened in Croatia. During all that time Ph. D. Vukasović continuously develops and intensifies his pedagogical, broader scientific, publicist, political, social and cultural work in general. Furthermore he works on cooperation and tighter connections between Croatian and Slovakian culture and science. Especially, the paper talks on Vukasović’s contribution to the development of pedagogy through his researches in 17 projects and gives a short analysis of his scientific monographs, discussions and papers which he, the most productive Croatian pedagogical writer with 1.789 printed bibliographic units, publishes continuously from 1953 until today.
