Abstract

The paper presents part of the issues of the renovation of the Jastrebarsko City Museum, which was damaged in the 2020 earthquake. The Jastrebarsko City Museum and Gallery (GMJ) is located in the renovated building of the old town hall, built in 1826. The GMJ preserves the archaeological, cultural-historical and ethnographic heritage of the Jastrebarsko region. The importance of continuous maintenance of the structure, the importance of preserving the architectural heritage and the cooperation of all participants in the construction during interventions on historical buildings, especially on buildings under Conservation Protection, is presented.
