Abstract

A brief review of the book "Real property under a special legal status with special reference to maritime domain" by Jadranko Jug provides a systematic overview of the real property subject to a special legal regime in Croatian law, with special emphasis on the maritime domain. The author successfully combines legal theory with relevant case law, making the book a go-to guide for both students and legal practitioners.
