Translation and Scientific Research as the Foundations for Understanding Croatian and Macedonian Literature

Abstract
This review aims to stress the importance of translation in the strengthening of relations between Croatia and Macedonia through their respective bodies of literature. It traces the development of hubs and avenues of translation efforts, highlights key translators, and presents a selection of notable works of translation, both from the Macedonian to the Croatian language and vice versa.
