Sažetak

Lymphoma is one of the most common malignant neoplasms in cats and can pose a significant diagnostic challenge when it involves various abdominal organs. When located in close proximity to the pancreas, imaging findings may, albeit rarely, mimic a primary pancreatic neoplasm by presenting a mass lesion. This short report describes a clinical case of a cat in which computed tomography (CT) raised suspicion of a primary pancreatic tumor, however, the definitive diagnosis of lymphoma was established through postmortem examination and histopathological analysis.
