Sažetak

Medieval Croatian literature is rich in written works preserved in various manuscripts; however, only a small number of these literary-historical texts have so far been critically prepared as book or digital editions and made publicly available. In this paper, we present the digital edition of the Glagolitic text Zrcalo čověčaskago spasenja (1445), which includes a transcription of the text, a parallel display of the manuscript images and the text, and a description of this medieval Croatian Glagolitic text. The text (81 folios) is recorded in the first part of the Manuscript of Deacon Luka, along with other texts translated from Old Czech during the stay of Croatian Benedictine Glagolitic monks in Emmaus, Prague, in the 14th and 15th centuries. It was later copied on the island of Krk by Deacon Luka. The text is written in angular Glagolitic script and is not illuminated. The aim is to present and describe the steps in the creation of this complex digital edition, as it can serve as a model for future digital editions representing the rich medieval Croatian manuscript heritage.
