Sažetak
The author critically edits ten documents that were previously unpublished in their
entirety, all relevant to the medieval history of Istria: 1) the investitures of parts of
the tithes of Kastion, Parecago, and Piran granted in 1210 by Count Maynard II of
Gorizia to Pietro Dandolo and then 2) confirmed to House Dandolo by Count Albert
I of Gorizia in 1282; 3) the guarantee for the sale of the village Prnjani near Barbana/
Barban given in 1257 by Peter, son of Facina of Koper, to Count Maynard III
of Gorizia; 4) the guarantee for payment of the sum for the restitution of Belgrado
given in 1264 by Count Maynard IV of Gorizia to the Patriarch of Aquileia Gregory
of Montelongo; 5) the complaints of the abbot of St. Gall monastery in Moggio from
1267, who protests against the pillaging committed by the Counts of Gorizia and
the Lords of Rihemberk; 6) the sale of the tithes of Sovignacco/Sovinjak and the
investiture of this fief granted to the purchaser by Otto of Sovignacco/Sovinjak in
1281; 7) an excerpt from the last will and testament of Ulrich of Momiano/Momjan
from 1295; 8) the election of representatives of the Commune of Buie/Buje tasked
with resolving a dispute with Piemonte/Završje and Count Henry II of Gorizia from
1305; 9) the investiture of certain villages in the district of Draguccio/Draguć granted
in 1310 by the patriarch of Aquileia Ottobono to Henry Sturon of Lienz, captain
of Piemonte/Završje and 10) the ratification of an alliance with Count Henry II of
Gorizia concluded in 1314 by Sergius II and Nascinguerra IV Castropola.
