Sažetak
The safety and operational efficiency of soldiers in field conditions depend on ergonomic factors that influence physical load, fatigue, and injury risk. Traditional assessment methods, such as RULA, REBA, and SMART, are not well adapted to dynamic military environments and do not provide real-time predictive analysis of biomechanical risks. This study develops the MOTAR algorithmic model (Model of Occupational Load Allocation via Algorithmic Redistribution), which integrates wearable sensors and IoT technologies to enhance occupational safety systems and improve soldier security through personalized physical load analysis. The MOTAR model was originally developed for this research and has not been previously described in the literature. It is based on movement analysis and muscle activity assessment using machine learning methods (Random Forest, SVM, k-NN). This approach enables early detection of biomechanical risks and fatigue prediction, contributing to injury prevention and optimization of military tasks. Algorithmic data processing is expected to improve the precision of risk pattern detection, reduce the time required for analysis, and enable dynamic adaptation of military training based on individual soldier characteristics. Although the model is methodologically defined and grounded in existing research, further empirical testing is required to confirm its applicability in operational settings. MOTAR provides a personalized approach to occupational safety through intelligent physical load optimization, enhancing operational readiness and ensuring long-term protection of military personnel's health. Beyond military applications, the model can be adapted for other security sectors, such as law enforcement and firefighting, opening possibilities for broader use in occupational safety and ergonomic workload design.
