Sažetak
In its thirty-second edition, the International Conference of Jurists „Petar Simonetti”, once again brought together representatives of legal scholarship and practice to discuss current issues of property, obligations and procedure. Over the course of three days, the Conference addressed a wide range of topics showing how contemporary law is increasingly confronted with the challenges of digitalisation, artificial intelligence, sustainability, the protection of fundamental rights and the development of judicial practice. Through presentations and round tables, traditional legal institutes were considered in light of new social, technological and economic circumstances, from digital assets and artificial intelligence in legal proceedings to issues of expropriation, family companies and administrative litigation. In this way, the Conference once again confirmed its role as a forum for professional dialogue, exchange of experience and reflection on the further development of the contemporary legal order.
