Abstract

The aim of this paper was to examine the motor status of children with developmental disabilities with regard to educational-rehabilitational diagnosis, enrollment in preschool institutions and early childhood intervention. The results show that motor delays are mostly present in children with ASD, multiple disabilities and developmental coordination disorder. Children attending kindergartens and early childhood intervention more often excelled in motor development thus confirming the importance of the mentioned method.
