CONDITIONS, CIRCUMSTANCES AND POSSIBILITIES OF IMPROVING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE EDUCATIVE MEASURE OF INTENSIFIED CARE AND PROBATION IN THE SOCIAL WELFARE SYSTEM

Abstract
The work discusses the efficiency of the implementation of the educational measure of intensified care and probation. In the first part, the occurrence of behaviour disorders in minors is elaborated, as well as the most frequent factors of risk and protection in the development of behaviour disorders and the historical development of this educational measure. In the central part, the legal and professional nature of the measure is explained. The discussion analyses the difficulties, failures and problems appearing during work, while the conclusion emphasises the long-lasting problem and consequences of the lack of a multidisciplinary approach in social welfare centres with regard to the realisation of the measure. As an innovative solution, a specialised, agency mode of implementing the educational measure of intensified care and probation is offered.
