Sažetak
The paper analyses the diet of the teenager population who stay in
Croatian pupils' hostels during school education, focusing especially
on the role of traditional nutrition. By processing pupil
responses, the authors attempted to show what children think today
about their own diet, the culture of food and the role of traditional
dishes in their life and the life of the community.
