A view on administrative adjudication in Europe

Sažetak

The mission of the French Ministry of Justice for research in partnership for ACA “launched” research into the topic of the administrative adjudication process. The results of this study were published in the Presses Universitaire de France in 2007. Parallely, a ‘website’ was created which describes the organisation of the administrative judiciary through four different sections which are appropriate for various aspects. The ACA page offers all the information about the organisation of the administrative judiciary in various countries of EU member states. The material about all the considerations which you want to build into the organisation of the administrative judiciary in your country is available.
