Sažetak

Sport ports occupy valuable area of maritime domain with substantial port facilities. Due to lack of legal regulations and partly non-compliance and non-implementation of existing regulations, sport ports deserve more detailed analysis of the existing regulations connected with them. We need to determine the direction of their future work and activities that can move in the range from the legalization of the current state to withdrawal of concessions to beneficiaries who do not comply with existing regulations.
