Homogeneity or Heterogeneity of Industry in Croatia in 1988

Sažetak

This paper analyses the degree of specialization or homogeneity of industry on the axample of communes in Croatia (in 1988). The intention was to determine the strenght and type of connection between the degree of homogeneity of industry and the degree of industrialization, economic development and industrial productivity. In addition, on the basis of the level of homogeneity, degree of industrialization and tertiary activities, productivity of industry and general economic development the paper sets out regional suitability for the industrial development of Croatia.
