Abstract

Bazirajući se na obrazovanju odraslih s ciljem unapređenja
poslovnih procesa poduzeća i poticanja boljih uvjeta rada njegovim djelatnicima, društvo HŽ Putnički prijevoz pokrenulo je Projekt osposobljavanja prodajnog i vlakopratnog osoblja za interne instruktore. Projekt je rađen u suradnji s Pučkim otvorenim učilištem te obuhvaća koncept sustavnog educiranja zaposlenika koji su u kontaktu s korisnicima usluge prijevoza s ciljem unapređenja kvalitete prijevozne usluge u željezničkom prijevozu i povećanja konkurentnosti ljudskih potencijala. Edukacijom se stvara tim od 20 ljudi, iz krugova blagajničkog i vlakopratnog osoblja, izabranih temeljem osobnog interesa, putem prijava, anketa i intervjua, željni stjecanja vještina prenošenja znanja svojim kolegama i pružanja potrebne pomoći u radu. Plan je da tih 20-tak zaposlenika HŽ Putničkog prijevoza d.o.o. educiranih za instruktore, sa stečenim novim vještinama koje se prvenstveno odnose na komunikaciju s ljudima, pristupu korisnicima usluga, prodajnim vještinama i tome slično (tzv. soft skills), prenesu svoje novostečeno znanje na ostale radnike koji su u stalnom kontaktu s korisnicima prijevoza/putnicima. To je iznimno važno kako bi se u potpunosti promijenila slika HŽ PP-a kao nacionalnog željezničkog prijevoznika od starog i zaostalog do modernog koji prati svjetske trendove.

With regard to adults’ education in terms of enhancing business
processes of the company and improving working conditions for its employees, the company HŽ Putnički prijevoz has started a Project for training internal instructors. Training is required for sales as well as train staff. The Project was developed in collaboration with Pučko otvoreno učilište. The Project involves the concept of continuous education provided to employees, who are in contact with passengers on a daily basis. The objective of this concept is to upgrade the level of train service provided to passengers and to boost the competitive capacity of human resources. The aforementioned education shall produce a team consisting of 20 employees, that is, ticket vendors and train staff who are willing to acquire skills, which shall help them pass their knowledge onto their co-workers and who are also eager to provide necessary support in the workplace. They are to be selected based on their personal interests, applications, surveys and interviews. Those 20 employees with the company HŽ Putnički prijevoz d.o.o., trained to be internal instructors and having acquired new skills, primarily relating to communication skills, approach to service users, vendor skills and the like (so-called “soft skills”) are supposed to pass their knowledge onto other co-workers, who are in contact with passengers on a daily basis as well. This is extremely important in order to completely change the image of HŽ Putnički prijevoz as new national railway operator, which was old and underdeveloped once and now it is up-to-date and keeps pace with global trends.
