Abstract
The author gives a short survey of the development of motorcycling sport in the world and in Zagreb and acquaints us with the life and rich sports career of one of the most trophy-winning sportsmen in the city of Zagreb, Antun Štrban. His prizes include a large collection of cups, statues, plaques and medals, which his daughter Maja and his son Antun keep with a lot of love. The plaques and medals shown here are relatively unknown and some were made by very well-known artists.
