Abstract
Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is an autoimmune disease with various clinical symptoms. Giant cell arteritis (GCA) is a disease where the lining of the arteries, often in the temporal region, becomes inflamed. This is a case of an older female patient who has been diagnosed with SLE but is experiencing headaches originating from GCA.
