Anali Zavoda za povijesne znanosti HAZU u Dubrovniku is a scholarly journal publishing research on a wide variety of subjects pertaining to the history of Dubrovnik and the Dubrovnik Republic, but also covering the history of the neighbouring regions (Dalmatia, Boka Kotorska, Bosnia and Herzegovina) and their relationship to the history of Dubrovnik. The journal publishes scientific articles and reviews of books and other publications, and exceptionally professional papers and review articles.
