Set partition, equivalence relation. Bell's number

Abstract

In this professional work we are deal with the problem of partition
paper and we are connecting it with the equivalence relation. Number of partition paper is equal to number of equivalence relation. That number is called Bell's number.
We'll give a broader reference to this problem and we will present some of its applications.
