CONSERVATION AND RESTORATION WORKS AT ASSERIA IN 2008

Abstract
Systematic archaeological excavations in Asseria have been conducted for eleven years and they were regularly accompanied by conservation-restoration works. In 2008 these works were performed on the part of suburban architecture north of the Trajan’s gate, on ancient cistern in the eastern part of the city and on prehistoric rampart in front of late Republican rampart.
