Impact of Construction Stages on the Functionality of the Špansko-Oranice and Vrbani III Housing Estates in Zagreb

Abstract
The paper is based on an empirical research with the aim of exploring the impact of construction stages on the functionality of Vrbani III and Špansko-Oranice housing estates. A questionnaire survey was used to gather opinions of the estates’ inhabitants on urban features of the estates relating to their construction, ancillary and public facilities, pedestrian zones and parks and traffic. The research results show the causes for differences in the inhabitants’ opinions.
