Car Driver Identification in Road Traffic Accidents

Abstract
At investigation of traffic accidents there are three specific situations that require special effort from the police officers.These situations are.i. hit and run accidents, 2. framing traffic accidents, 3.determining the identitv of vehicle driver. Often are elements of ali of them part of the same subject investigation. There are many publications about traces, hovvever, not undermining the value of traceologv, this article is about fenomenology and etiology of traffic accidents for which is necessary to determine the driver's identity. As a basis for investigation are used twenty cases from practices in which, at the some stage there was a questionable who was the driver at the time of the accident. The goal of it is to show to investigators of traffic accidents and to ali interested people, in one place, the most common appearance model and causes of covering the identity of driver, for the purpuse of the development of operating standard procedures in everyday work.
