Abstract

Within the realm of Croatian Culture, Antun Jiroušek (1873-1049) has been known as an art historian, archeologist, cartographist and illustrator. The research showed that Jiroušek had been familiar with the ethnological thought of the late nineteenth and early twentieth century and that he himself had tried to collect ethnographic materials.
