Abstract

The subject of this particular paper has been obligatory vessel's certificates to carry out an international voyage. Two authors has analyzed vessel's certificates on identity and seaworthiness, obligatory fom point of view of international conventions.
The authors have especially dealt with the books recording events aboard vessel.
