Abstract
Factor analysis of the attitudes of adults towards lifelong education is based on the processing of the survey results obtained by gathering opinions, estimates and attitudes as well as of demographic and personal characteristics of the users of andragogy programmes. The pilot study resulted in grouping of six latent factors that have proved relevant also during the final survey, the analysis of which resulted in abstraction of 9 factors. The results obtained brought closer the concepts that connect andragogy and economy, and defined
the views, needs and expectations of respondents. They pointed out the problem of structural imbalances on the market and educational deprivation of motivation of the adults.
