The Development Concept in Function of the Competitiveness of Marina Frapa Rogoznica

Abstract

The development concept model of Marina Frapa Rogoznica is based on continuous qualitative improvement of all segments of the offer based on original and innovative solutions in order to satisfy increasingly demanding needs of nautical tourists at the dynamic market affected by the recession. Marina has to remain active in creating the future by anticipating and making changes in order to achieve competitiveness and development. Plans are being made for construction of the nautical city of Marina Resort Frapa, involving a range of diversified forms of entertainment, active holidays, animation and leisure. Simultaneously it is necessary to innovate promotion and interaction with the micro destination offer in order to provide a unique experience for nautical tourists and permanent orientation towards sustainable development.
This paper presents a quantitative and qualitative analysis of Marina Frapa on the basis of which goals are set and development strategies defined to obtain multiplication of profits.
