Annual world production of goat's milk, in the period from 1992 to 1999, was 12.3 mil. tons showing an increase (+29.87 %) in comparison with cow's and sheep's milk production. Furthermore goat's milk production is very important activity in many parts of the world. In this paper the facts effecting goat's milk production (breed, lactation period and lactation sequences) are presented.
