Abstract

The main goal of this research was to establish the impact of an appropriate
syllabus on the improvement of anthropological characteristics of pupils. The research
was carried out during regular physical education classes with 59 third-grade
primary school pupils (29 pupils in an experimental group and 30 in a control group).
On the basis of measurements taken in the research it has been proved that by creating
an appropriate syllabus and applying it on the experimental group we had an impact
on the achievement of better results in the development of anthropological characteristics
of pupils in comparison with the control group.
