Quality of home-made dairy products on Zagreb green-market

Abstract
Microbiological and chemical quality of cream, butter and fresh cheese samples from Zagreb Green market were studied. This products are not under permanent quality control and they are not supposed to have declaration relative to the composition. The purpose of this paper was to get information about the real quality of such products.
