Some experiences acquired by cooperation with private milk produces in the field of production hygiene milk processing melioration

Abstract
Effect exercised by the veterinary service supervising activities on the training from one to three cows. In a half of the households the hygienic the udder microflora as well as the count of somatic cells in milk. Trials were extended over 4 months and conducted in 8 households maintaining from one to three cows. In a half of the households the hygienic measures were implemented under the permanent veterinary supervision, whereas in the other half they were conducted on grounds of the instructions only. It was found that in the households kept under the steady surveillance % of udder quarters responsible for micrococci and other unspecific bacteria has decreased from 34 to 7% whereas the % of udder quarters infected by Staph. aureus of somatic sells has decreased from 42 to 3. The results obtained higher count of somatic sells has decreased from 42 to 3. The results obtained by the test with cows treated by the help of instructions only where considerably less impressive. By analysing the ways the milk was processed by among the private farmers it was possible to detect some procedures according to which the percentage of useless milk cream retailed in the market was varying between 4 and 28% over a year's interval whereas those conditionally useful ranged from 20 to 50%. Such as experience helped to eliminate some shortcomings of performance as well as to improve the wholesomeness of dairy products intended for sales in the market.
