Abstract

Quality is a term with many definitions. Their common features are satisfying the clients’ requirements and accomplishing required properties of product or service as efficiently as possible. Crosby claims that conforming to requirements is the basic goal of every streaming towards quality. Quality management is also a term with broad range of definitions but it is most certainly a multidimensional process which integrates many systems within an organization. Its goal is achieving perfect and ever more competitive production and servicing. This paper emphasizes the importance of the aspect of accomplishing quality related to culture within the organization. The main features of this aspect are firm commitment and keeping the standard of ‘zero defects’ for all outputs.
