Abstract

One important issue for all managers, especially the ones in public organizations, is the resistance of the personnel to organizational changes. Organizations can survive only when by choosing a proper strategy, they comply with the current changes in the environment. This issue becomes more important regarding the improvement in technology and the invention of new management methods. Ways to reduce or mitigate the resistance were presented. In response to these reactions, some solutions were suggested.
