Ethnographic Museum Split - 1997,1998 Work Reports

Abstract

Aiming at the presentation of the achieved work, and at the same time respecting its extent and complexity, we are bringing in the Museum’s biennial work report in somewhat enlarged form. We hope that the data here presented will give a clearer picture regarding both individual and collective activities of the Museum staff. This will provide the experts with the basis for a higher quality analysis and for comparison with the results of their own work, while the wider public will get closer to the less known aspects of the museum’s activities. The report is as objective as possible and as such should contribute in creating an overall positive picture of this institution.
