Abstract
In 2001 the first volume of the professional journal Agroeconomia Croatica was published. The purpose of founding of the HAED was to promote agricultural economics and rural sociology as a scientific and teaching discipline, professional occupation and specialization as well as to represent and advocate the interests of its members. Croatian Society of Agricultural Economists has about one hundred members working at universitites, business and related institutions. Croatian Society of Agricultural Economists seeks to promote the Society and to impact on education policy, scientific and professional work, as well as to react critically to all appearances in adoption and implementation of agricultural policy and agrarian legislation. After a long pause, the second issue of Agroeconomia Croatica was published last year. The Journal has an electronic edition as well, available on HAED web site (http://haed.hr/index.php/aec-journal). Recently, our Journal got the access to Hrčak, the central portal of Croatian scientific journals, where papers can be searched (http://hrcak.srce.hr/agroeconomia-croatica). We are very proud and thrilled that we managed to publish the third Journal. We hope that we will be able to publish it in the future, through the integration of research, theoretical views, results and conclusions.
