Abstract

Many Glagolitic documents from the 17th Century, especially Register Book and testaments were preserved in the Šibenik territory. The Murter Register Books from 1658-1706 were also written in the Glagolitic script. However, Murter also keeps Glagolitic documents from the 17th and the beginning of the 18th centuries which were wrongfully considered to be the Murter Register Book of Births from 1640-1707. The article establishes the exact origin and content of the documents after being fully surveyed. They mainly relate to sections of various Registers. The anthroponymous structure found in them is outlined here, and is categorised by surname indexes, with a date annotation or year a person was mentioned.
