Mycelium cultivation of fungus Morchella hortensis in whey with addition of growth stimulators

Abstract
Mycelium of Morchella hortensis can be cultured in submerged culture in undiluted whey but with the addition of corn steep liquor, yeast extract, casein and asparagine which serve as additional sources of nitrogen and have a stimulative effect on the growth of the microorganisms.
