The nature of the bill for Article 38 of the Constitutional law on the Republic of Croatia’s Constitutional court

Abstract

Given the content of fundamental norms and on the basis of a comparative analysis of certain solutions contained in German and Croatian constitutional law systems, this article refers to the constitutional legal nature of the bill for initiating proceedings for the constitutionality and legality of general acts in the constitutional law system of the Republic of Croatia.
