Abstract

The inclusion of all children in the regular school system is the basis of an inclusive concept. The task of the school in the implementation of educational inclusion is to accept and embrace diversity among children and youth as a stimulus in the process of teaching and learning, rather than barriers. The implementation of inclusion in schools is a relevant topic for pedagogical discourse. The concept of educational inclusion with the meaning of inclusion of all children in compulsory education broadens and deepens the educational model of integration of children with disabilities into regular education. The openness of schools towards wider social environment is an important precondition for successful implementation of inclusion in the school. Personnel and material conditions as the educational potential of schools have an important role in the implementation and enforcement of inclusion in school practice. Since the inclusion in education a continuous process that is based on good communication and cooperation of its participants, in this work presents some key personnel, material and organizational conditions for its implementation. The method of conducting educational inclusion at the school level refers to the entire system of education from the perspective of educational policy and educational practice.
