Abstract

The main focus of research in this paper is illegal building, proceedings with illegally built buildings and methods of legalizing them. This paper emphasizes the Law on acting with illegally built buildings, decree on performed status, position of parties in disputes. The paper concurrently indicates the advantages of the mentioned Law and certain dilemmas and vagueness that may arise.
