Abstract

Insurance is a way of preventive action in order to minimize the consequences of risk. Managers in agricultural economic entities recognize the potential threat that can affect the economic results of operations. Their insights and expectations are the basis for increased service quality of agricultural insurance.
The aim of this paper is to present a multidimensional model of quality assessment as a method in the process of improvement service quality, and its structure, procedures, and possible results.
Since there is a possibility of obtaining financial assistance for crop, animal and plant insurance (subsidy), according to the Rural Development Programme of the Republic of Croatian for the period 2014 to 2020, it updates the agricultural insurance itself.
